Dear Mr. Sammis,

It has been over a week since you last emailed me. Despite my repeated emails and your repeated promises to complete the District's responses to our public records request for inspection and production, you are failing to comply or even provide the simple courtesy of a response.

Please indicate if Court intervention is necessary in this matter. If not, then please provide a date this week when I can pick up the long outstanding public records due to us. Absent a response by tomorrow, we will have to move Ex Parte in this matter.
