Santa Monica College Outstanding Public Records
Robert Sammis never emailed us as promised regarding the outstanding public records long overdue to us under the California Public Records Act. However, I intend to keep his 1:00 p.m. date for inspection and copies today. Knowledge is power, so here's the hyperlinks to the lists of public records we have requested for the last six months.
SMC Public Records - Set One
SMC Public Records - Set Two
SMC Public Records - Set Three
SMC Public Records - Set Four
SMC Public Records - Set Five
All records are in Adobe PDF format. Sets three through five are final revised versions. Sets one and two are revised drafts, subject to further revisions. I still have to review the additional documents received and incorporate them into the proper requests. However, I wanted to get this list online in anticipation of my meeting with Robert Sammis this afternoon. However, I will not be surprised if Mr. Sammis is not even available for the meeting, which he himself set. After all, why should Santa Monica Community College District now comply with the law when they have done everything in their power for the last six months to stonewall compliance? We shall see what transpires.
